The charge of Aggravated child abuse was dropped as part of the plea bargain. Michelle is now a free woman. Hope she learned a lesson from this. She said the 9 year old would wake up when a television turned on and at that point his father's voice would come over the intercom and he would be told to go downstairs and make himself breakfast and sit in a designated chair, where a camera could view the child eating breakfast. From there Piercy's wife, (who is being charged with aggravated child abuse) said that the child would be told by intercom to return to his room. When he went before the judge to have the charges dropped on the Aggravated child abuse, they would not drop it. When Randy found out that he was going to trial after all, he plead guilty. Randy went before the judge yesterday to have the charges of aggravated child abuse dismissed. Instead he withdrew the motions and continuances and changed his plea to guilty on count one aggravated child abuse. Randy plead guilty and will be sentenced December 15.
